What insurances do you accept?

We do not accept insurance. We are a cash based practice. Trust us, that doesn’t mean it will be more expensive! It does mean you will have more time with us, more say into the services and care you receive and less stress dealing with co-pays, deductibles, out of network, referrals and declined services.

What is a cash based practice?

This means that the entire of our relationship is between us, provider and patient, not provider-insurance-patient. Our prices are up front and available to you from the start.

If I have insurance, can I still see you?

The answer is absolutely! We will provide a “super bill” so you can submit the claim to your insurance if you desire. However, our goal is to be both easily accessibly and afforadable, whether you choose to sumbit your claim or not. It will be up to your individual insurance plan if you are reimbursed or not.

We also have patients, who for privacy reasons, would prefer not to bill through their insurances. This is always an option and why we love a cash based practice.

Are you a membership based practice?

We do have that option and are accepting patients for membership! This option includes MANY perks such as DIRECT access to our provider, annual exams, discounted labs and medications, free sick visits, telehealth and MORE! It is important to us that everyone has accessible and affordable care and this is our most affordable option!

Do you only accept “cash” as payment?

Even though this model is “cash-based”, you are not limited to cash payments. You may pay for services with cash, credit card, debit card, check, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA).

I have a primary care need, but am also interested in Botox & microneedling. Can we schedule those at the same appointment?

Yes! Please call us to discuss your specific needs. Some of our wellness care options can be combined with your primary & preventative care appointment and we will gladly connect you with our aesthetics team!

Do you offer labs? What about physicals for employment or school?

Yes! We offer both! labs and pre employment and school physicals. We conveniently draw your labs IN OFFICE, eliminating wait times and an extra trip! Because we pass our direct savings to you- our labs are often even less then when you use your insurance!

Where are you located?

We have TWO locations to serve you and in most cases can utilize telehealth in ALL of Florida! We are in Chiefland two days a week and in High Springs one day a week.
